You have the right to cancel your order after receipt of your order. You will then get the full order amount excluding shipping costs credited. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging should be returned to us.
To make use of your right of withdrawal we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to [email protected], so we can send you a return form. Returns without return form will not be accepted. In case of damage we ask you first to send us a picture of the damaged object.
Exceptions returns
- Returns are accepted by us if in original undamaged condition and undamaged packaging.
- At custom made articles return is not possible.
- At all times we reserve the right to refuse returns.
