As seen in the Jurassic Park movies: a beautiful piece of golden amber with small embedded insects or spiders. Amber is 33 to 56 million years old fossilised tree resin. Flies, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects got trapped in the sticky resin, allowing us to admire them as perfectly preserved fossils!
